Bodyfriend at CES 2026: Designing, Building and Installing a 70' x 80' Custom Trade Show Booth

Every January, the world's largest technology showcase takes over Las Vegas. For the brands exhibiting there, the booth is the single biggest physical investment of the year, and it has to be right before the doors open. At CES 2026, 5 Points Exhibits designed, fabricated and installed the 70' x 80' island booth for Bodyfriend at booth C17738.

The client: Bodyfriend

Bodyfriend is a Korean company best known for premium massage chairs, but the CES 2026 stand made a broader argument. The booth messaging led with "Global Healthcare Leader Beyond Massage Chair" and presented the products as healthcare robots rather than furniture.

That positioning drives the design. A brand selling a wellness experience cannot simply line products along a wall. Visitors need to sit down, feel the product and understand the technology while they are in the chair, which means the floor plan has to carry demo seating, staff space and circulation all at once.

It starts on our shop floor, not the show floor

Long before anything ships to Las Vegas, the booth exists as raw structure in our fabrication shop. We build the walls, framing, counters and display structures in house, then dry fit the assembly to catch problems while they are still cheap to fix: a misaligned panel, a header that does not clear, an LED frame that needs reinforcing.

Exhibitors rarely see this stage, and it is the stage that protects the schedule. Show floors run on immovable deadlines. Every issue solved in the shop is an issue you are not solving at midnight in a convention hall with a labor crew on the clock.

Installation in Las Vegas

Once the build is approved, the booth is crated, shipped and reassembled on site. Installation at a show the size of CES happens inside a tightly controlled window: assigned target move-in dates, marked floor positions, electrical and rigging coordination, and an entire hall of exhibitors working the same hours.

For a 70' x 80' island at booth C17738, that coordination is the job. Our crew handled the full on-site build, from structure and hanging signage through LED and lighting integration, product placement, and a detailed clean before doors opened.

The finished booth

The completed Bodyfriend booth used a large-format LED wall as its visual anchor, with the brand wordmark flown high on all sides so it read from across the hall. Underneath, open demo zones let visitors sit in the chairs and talk with staff without a queue blocking sightlines into the booth.

Our turnkey process, step by step

Design, fabrication, shipping, installation and dismantle are often split across three or four vendors. When something goes wrong, and at a show this size something always does, those vendors point at each other while the exhibitor loses hours they do not have. We keep all ten steps under one roof: the team that drew it built it, and the company that built it installed it.
